Exclaimer has launched MSP Connect for managed service providers as part of its channel strategy.

The offering is aimed at providers that manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments and need a central way to handle email signatures across multiple organisations. It combines consumption-based billing, a self-service management portal, and integrations with ConnectWise, Kaseya, and Microsoft Marketplace.

Managed service providers increasingly handle routine administration of cloud productivity systems, but email signatures often remain a manual task managed user by user. This can make it harder to keep branding, legal disclaimers, and contact details consistent across customer estates.

Partners account for about 30% of Exclaimer's annual recurring revenue, and the company works with roughly 5,000 partners globally. MSP Connect is intended to build on that base by giving providers a way to provision and manage signature services without a lengthy services project for each new customer.

The billing model adjusts as customers add or remove users, reduce their footprint, or leave the service. The portal is designed to let partners provision and manage multiple customer environments from one place, reducing the need for support requests for routine changes.

The programme also includes not-for-resale licences for partner use and dedicated account management for onboarding and commercial support. Deployment can take under an hour, depending on the customer environment.

Jim Turner, Chief Operating Officer at Exclaimer, said the new programme was shaped by feedback from service providers.

"MSPs have been clear about what they need from us: a platform that is easy to provision at scale, a commercial model that flexes with their customers, and commercial support that helps them grow," said Turner.

"We also heard clearly where our previous MSP offering fell short. It was not easy enough to use, and the billing model did not reflect how MSPs run their businesses. MSP Connect is the reset. It removes unnecessary steps, gives partners more control through self-service, and aligns billing with what their customers use," said Turner.

Partner focus

Exclaimer positions the programme as a way for MSPs to add another recurring service to existing Microsoft 365 and managed services contracts. Alongside licence revenue, partners can use the service as part of wider packages and offer related work such as template design, deployment, and ongoing management.

That model reflects the economics of managed services, where providers need products that can be rolled out and administered across large numbers of customer tenants without adding significant labour. The service is designed to let providers manage hundreds of environments centrally rather than handling each one as a separate manual process.

Louise Taylor, Vice President of Channel at Exclaimer, said operational efficiency was central to the programme's design.

"An MSP is a business within a business. It needs to manage hundreds of customer environments without adding operational drag," said Taylor.

"If getting one customer live requires a long sales process or a services project, the economics stop working," said Taylor.

Customer use

For end customers, the system is intended to keep brand assets, staff details, and legal disclaimers consistent in outgoing email. It uses directory data to populate approved signature fields across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, allowing IT teams to retain central control rather than relying on individual users to make updates.

The company said marketing teams can use approved campaign banners, engagement analytics, and rules-based signature content, while governance remains with IT. That means MSPs can build packaged services around the underlying signature management product for both technical administration and design work.

Exclaimer sells email signature management software for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and says it serves more than 9 million users across more than 80,000 organisations. Its customer list includes large corporates, public sector bodies, and media organisations.

MSP Connect is available to partners globally.
