Veriam launches all-in-one platform for identity and access

Thu, 20th Feb 2025

Veriam has launched a fully integrated platform designed to manage identity, access, subscriptions, and contracting for online service providers and SaaS solutions, aiming to simplify B2B operations.

This launch represents the culmination of Veriam's phased rollout, which began in November 2024 with its identity and access management feature. The platform allows companies to manage from authentication to invoicing in a single workflow, reducing reliance on multiple disconnected tools.

Jeroen de Bruijn, Founder & Co-CEO of Veriam, highlighted the issues faced by companies using fragmented systems. He stated, "Fragmented systems force companies to waste valuable time and resources managing multiple tools, learning different interfaces, and patching together different solutions just to keep things running. We've built a single, scalable solution that replaces disconnected systems, so businesses can focus on what matters most."

Traditional IAM and subscription management tools often require extensive development for integration and scalability. Veriam's solution is designed to ease setup, reduce integration code by 99%, and improve conversion rates for paying customers. It facilitates seamless transitions from free to paid services through its unified workflow approach, managing user authentication, permissions, contracts, and payments.

Jeroen de Bruijn also explained Veriam's position as a smarter alternative to existing tools, by offering a comprehensive solution that can easily be scaled as businesses grow, and that simplifies adding new products or entering new markets without significant alterations to the technological framework.

The platform is designed to work with a single connection using a standard protocol, thereby avoiding the need to separately configure systems for different business functions like identity management, subscription handling, and invoicing. Businesses gain full oversight of these components whilst their customers benefit from easy access to self-service features via a single login.

Veriam aims to improve efficiency by offering real-time access updates to reduce support queries and prevent account lockouts. Moreover, a singular system infrastructure is purported to decrease security risks and provide a streamlined experience with fewer points of failure. It adheres to compliance standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS, ensuring clear audit trails for straightforward reporting.

Veriam also offers a unique proposition in the market by providing unlimited B2B authentication and authorisation for free through its Startup Program, whereby early-stage companies can utilise the platform's functionalities at no additional cost, aside from transaction fees.

This platform is positioned as an all-encompassing solution by integrating key functionalities into one system, compelling businesses to consider its adoption as an efficient alternative to traditional fragmented systems.
