Testlio partners with Bugcrowd & InnoWave on global QA hub
Testlio has unveiled its Testlio Apex Partner Programme (TAPP) in collaboration with Bugcrowd and InnoWave, aiming to streamline software quality assurance through a unified testing ecosystem for organisations globally.
TAPP is designed to bring together fintech companies, agencies, and technology providers to address the increasing demand for scalable and expert-driven software testing solutions. The programme focuses on enhancing quality assurance (QA) capabilities across Product, Payments, and Engineering teams by offering integrated services such as software testing, AI validation, payment testing, and usability assessment.
Industry demand
According to industry data cited by the company, 80% of software testing teams face challenges with test data management, and traditional approaches are no longer sufficient in the current AI-driven landscape. The introduction of TAPP is positioned as a response to these ongoing and evolving concerns.
The programme provides partners and their clients with access to Testlio's global network of over 15,000 testers distributed across more than 150 countries, utilising AI-orchestrated testing and Testlio's suite of quality assurance services. The aim is to ensure products undergo comprehensive validation in diverse, real-world scenarios, particularly in areas such as in-market payment transactions and AI system use cases.
Partner perspectives
"We're excited to partner with Testlio and harness the power of their AI-orchestrated crowdsourced testing platform," said Andre Gonçalves, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer with InnoWave. "InnoWave and Testlio will deliver transformative value to our global telco, financial services, and energy clients."
Bugcrowd, which specialises in crowdsourced security, also joins as a founding TAPP partner, strengthening the programme's ability to combine security insights with functional and usability testing.
"Bugcrowd is proud to join the Testlio Apex Partner Programme," said Dave Gerry, CEO of Bugcrowd. "Together, by combining security and functional testing with AI intelligence and world-class researchers, we're accelerating software development and creating unmatched value for our clients."
Programmeme benefits
TAPP promises partners three primary benefits: global reach, risk reduction and competitive advantage. Through access to Testlio's community of testers, partners can validate digital experiences using real payment transactions, device types, languages, and payment methods found worldwide.
Risk mitigation is supported by a combination of automated, exploratory, functional, and usability testing, contributing to early detection of potential issues before products go to market-a move the partners say helps safeguard both revenue and reputation.
Further, the platform supplies competitive benchmarking insights, tools, and data that inform smarter product decisions, offering clients an evidence-based perspective on their products' standing within the market.
Strategic direction
"The launch of TAPP represents our commitment to reshaping how organisations achieve digital quality," said Dean Hickman-Smith, Chief Revenue Officer at Testlio. "By partnering with industry leaders, we're creating an ecosystem where our collective expertise can solve the most complex quality challenges facing today's digital-first organisations."
This announcement follows Testlio's recent development efforts, including the deployment of its LeoAITM and LeoMatchTM technologies, appointments in its leadership team and continuous expansion of its global tester community.
Testlio, which operates on a fully remote basis with staff present in over 150 countries, reports that approximately 46% of its full-time employees are women, and highlights its client relationships with organisations in sectors such as streaming, enterprise software, health, and sports technology. The company holds ISO 27001:2022 certification and is engaged as a supplier for Microsoft, with practices aligned to requirements such as GDPR.
InnoWave brings experience from business consulting and digital transformation across sectors including telecommunications, financial services, and energy, operating from centres in Portugal, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the United States, and India. Bugcrowd delivers security assessment and remediation services through a global network of ethical hackers and data-driven intelligence targeting evolving digital threats.
TAPP marks a formal unification of these capabilities, targeting growing complexity in quality assurance as organisations compete to provide trusted digital experiences at scale.
