Responsive unveils AI agents & no-code tools in latest release
Responsive has announced its Fall 2025 Release, unveiling new AI agents, a no-code Agent Studio, and additional market intelligence tools for global enterprises.
The updates are designed to support revenue teams in qualifying leads, responding to customer needs, and winning business more efficiently by transforming organisational knowledge into actionable insights. Responsive's solution set now includes out-of-the-box AI agents, an advanced Agent Studio, and dashboards for content health and real-time market trends. These features target the growing demand for trusted, accessible expertise in enterprise sales and compliance environments.
Expanded AI and agent capabilities
The Fall 2025 Release introduces new AI agents that aim to help organisations distribute knowledge efficiently across all teams. These agents are intended to support companies as buyer expectations evolve and as the need for personalised, compliant responses increases. Critical advancements include the Fit Analysis Agent, Executive Summary Agent, and an enhanced, no-code Agent Studio that allows for custom agent design and deployment.
The Fit Analysis Agent reviews requests for proposals (RFPs), surfacing key requirements, potential risks, and red flags to generate a transparent fit score. This score is designed to help teams focus on opportunities most likely to result in a win. The Executive Summary Agent automatically drafts proposal summaries aligned with buyer priorities, reducing manual editing time. The updated Agent Studio enables the creation of tailored agents that analyse, interpret, and share insights to inform strategic decisions throughout the sales process.
Customer feedback and collaboration
"Knowledge only matters when everyone can access and trust it," said Ginny Perrine-Wilson, Senior Manager, Global Bid and Proposal Management at Iron Mountain. "Responsive AI makes our expertise work harder for us. With new AI agents and capabilities like Executive Summaries and TRACE Score, our teams get what they need fast, tell better stories, and know every answer is solid. At the end of the day, that's how we show up stronger and win more."
Responsive reports that its product development is closely aligned with customer needs, benefiting from collaboration with over 100 large enterprises, including Microsoft, EXL, Vodafone GmbH, Telefónica UK, and Tech Mahindra. These early adopters have contributed to the evolution of new tools for capturing, sharing, and applying organisational knowledge to business development.
Data-driven response and competitive intelligence
Responsive's new Content Health Dashboard gives organisations comprehensive oversight of their knowledge base. The dashboard measures accuracy, the currency of content, duplication, and compliance, providing recommendations to maintain up-to-date and dependable knowledge repositories. This seeks to ensure that both AI agents and employees can rely on information when crafting responses to potential and existing clients.
The 'Keyword Trends' tool offers market intelligence by analysing questions posed by buyers in bids and assessments. It aims to identify patterns in buyer priorities and emerging demands, enabling revenue and product teams to refine strategies and messaging in response to real-time feedback from the marketplace.
Growth in AI adoption and impact
Responsive has observed a marked increase in its AI adoption rates. According to the company, 45% of customer responses are now AI-assisted, compared with 7% a year earlier. Similarly, the proportion of customers standardised on Responsive AI has increased from 22% to 46%. Customers who have moved decisively with AI report twice as fast turnaround times and higher win rates, based on company data.
"Responsive has evolved from helping teams move faster to helping them work smarter," said AJ Sunder, co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Responsive. "The enterprises that win are those that turn their knowledge and buyer insight into real intelligence that drives action."
The company reports serving more than 450,000 users and 25% of Fortune 100 businesses across North America, Europe, APAC, and India. Responsive's recent expansion has included additional offices in Coimbatore and Bengaluru and the acquisition of Australia-based Bidhive, aiming to address rising global demand for Strategic Response Management software.
The company states that these latest releases are intended to help enterprises turn response data into a competitive edge by combining internal knowledge and market intelligence in a unified software platform.
