Radix honoured for digital transformation in industry

Sat, 24th Jan 2026

Radix has been awarded the Digital Transformation Company of the Year title by CIOReview in recognition of its work within asset-intensive industries.

The technology services firm stated that the accolade recognises its success in delivering digital projects that bridge the gap between industrial strategy and commercial outcomes. Radix operates on an international scale, specialising in sectors with large-scale physical operations, including energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and other heavy industries.

Radix said it has more than 1,300 engineers and technologists globally. The company positions itself at the intersection of engineering and digital technology. It works across consulting, engineering, operational technology and digital services.

"Our true strength is in combining deep domain expertise with digital innovation to create solutions that deliver real, measurable value for our customers," said Joao Carlos Chacamovitz, Founder and Global CEO, Radix. "Every project is an opportunity to help our clients achieve operational excellence and unlock new levels of performance."

Industry focus

Radix works with customers that manage complex industrial assets and large operational footprints. Those environments often involve safety-critical processes, regulated operations and long equipment lifecycles. Many companies in these sectors have been modernising data systems and automation estates while maintaining production targets.

Radix said the award covered delivery of "complex, large-scale digital initiatives". The company linked that work to operational efficiency and sustainability objectives in asset-intensive industries. It also cited the use of AI technologies and a focus on measurable return on investment.

The company said it has teams across more than 30 countries. Radix has headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and a North American headquarters in Houston. It also has offices in São Paulo and Belo Horizonte.

Product examples

Radix highlighted two products as examples of its approach. It described Leafcutter as a system that "enables faster decision cycles" and "unlocks higher operational value". It described JO.AI as a tool that "helps users uncover insights, automate workflows, and navigate complex datasets without requiring expert-level analytics skills".

Radix did not disclose customer names, contract values or how widely the tools have been deployed. It also did not provide financial results alongside the award announcement.

Regional leadership

Radix has stated that its North American leadership team has focused on applying its proprietary methodologies across a diverse range of operational settings, spanning from offshore installations to manufacturing plants.

The company also highlighted that navigating complex regulatory requirements and local constraints remains a critical factor in the successful delivery of projects within heavy industrial environments.

"Radix is redefining what's possible in industrial operations by adapting our methodologies to diverse environments-from offshore platforms to advanced manufacturing lines-while navigating local constraints and regulatory landscapes," said Alexander Clausbruch. "This award underscores our mission to lead the next wave of industrial transformation, scaling AI-powered solutions with agility and driving sustainable, measurable value through a truly digital-first approach."

Behind the scenes

Chief Revenue Officer for North America Trudi Hable said the company's work often sits in the background of customers' operations. That can include data integration, engineering support, software work and operational technology improvements that are not always visible outside the plant or control room.

"We're honored by CIOReview's recognition," said Trudi Hable. "Much of Radix's intelligence and innovation happens behind the scenes, powering our customers' success. This award validates the unique value we deliver-helping asset-intensive industries not only compete but thrive in an increasingly complex and competitive market."

Radix said it plans to continue work on industrial digital initiatives and the roll-out of AI-driven tools across its target sectors.
