Getronics recognised in Gartner Magic Quadrant 2025

Getronics has been included in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Outsourced Digital Workplace Services (ODWS), marking its fourth consecutive year in the quadrant.

The evaluation by Gartner assessed 18 vendors to guide business leaders in selecting suitable digital workplace outsourcing partners. Getronics was classified as a Niche Player in this assessment.

Getronics provides service desk support to approximately 324,000 users and extends its device support services to more than 1.7 million users globally. Over the past year, ODWS accounted for 41% of the company's total IT services revenue and served 346 clients worldwide.
