Yesterday

Datadobi has unveiled its strategic vision for strengthening its presence in the Unstructured Data Management market, capitalising on a year marked by business achievements, technological advancements, and industry accolades.

According to a report by Gartner, evolving hybrid cloud storage capabilities are essential in addressing challenges such as the exponential growth of data, digitalisation, and globalisation. The report underscores the necessity for technology leaders to focus on improving their storage infrastructure to support generative AI and other IT priorities, and emphasises the importance of hybrid-cloud strategies in managing data growth.

In response to these industry trends, Datadobi has developed StorageMAP 7.0, a platform offering unprecedented insights into complex unstructured data environments. This technology equips customers with the tools to make informed, data-driven decisions that can foster innovation and create competitive advantages, whilst also managing the risks and costs associated with unstructured data.

Datadobi's achievements in the past year have been recognised with numerous awards, including the Cloud Computing Magazine Excellence and ChannelVision Visionary Spotlight awards. The company's performance was further highlighted by its inclusion in CRN's Big Data 100 and Storage 100 lists. Denise Natali, the company's Vice President of Americas Sales, was named on CRN's "100 People You Don't Know But Should" list.

Industry analysts have also acknowledged Datadobi's capabilities, with Gartner mentioning the company in their report "Modernize File Storage Data Services With Hybrid Cloud." Additionally, Omdia has praised the StorageMAP platform for its "comprehensive unstructured data management" features and its ability to manage various forms of unstructured data, noting that these capabilities set it apart from other solutions.

The company has expanded its international presence, enhancing its team with key appointments. This includes the addition of Denise Natali as the Vice President of Americas Sales, Michelle Butler as a Sales Executive in California, and further staff across the USA and EMEA regions. These strategic hires are aimed at bolstering the company's growth and strengthening its operations in crucial markets.

"Datadobi has worked extremely closely with partners and customers over the past twelve months to understand their unstructured data challenges and bridge the gap between objectives and impact," said Michael Jack, CRO, Datadobi. "Our vision for the Unstructured Data Management market is to empower organizations to unlock the full value of their data, enabling them to innovate faster, make smarter decisions and deliver on the enormous potential it offers. This vision is starting to have an impact; during 2024, we grew our new large enterprise customer base and repeat customer base significantly, especially in the fintech, healthcare, and technology industries."
